When one of our favorite customers asked for a strawberry shortcake cake with a message on it, we decided to give her two treats in one. We have a downy, yellow cake layered with a silky smooth homemade whipped cream and a hand crafted white chocolate candy bar that serves as a message board. Vanilla and almond flavorings were added to make the sweetened whipped cream extra special. The cake is 3 layers and filled with strawberries. The cake is topped with hand dipped milk chocolate covered strawberries.
