Q: Do you ship cakes and cupcakes?
A: Absolutely! We feel that everyone should be able to taste and InJoy our cakes and should not be limited by geography. We ship our non-tiered cakes and cupcakes to the lower 48 United States.
Q: How far in advance should I order a cake?
A: We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance. Occasionally, we are able to squeeze in last minute orders, so we always say, it doesn’t hurt to ask. In any event, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Rush charges may apply.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We gladly accept Cash, Money Orders, and PayPal payments. We do not take personal checks. A PayPal account is required for all orders made by phone or email.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: There are several ways to place and order: Go to the Place An Order tab and fill out our Contact Form, email your request to Melanie@InJoyCakes.com, or call us at 240.416.9654.
Q: How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
A: Once your details are finalized, we will email you a confirmation to review and approve. A deposit will be collected afterwards and final payment may be made in the form of cash, money order, or PayPal.
Q: How much is the deposit?
A: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm an order. The deposit is nonrefundable. Total payment of the cake must be made no later than seven (7) days prior to delivery date. All cake plates, tiers, columns, fountains, figurines, cake stands, and stairs are subject to a deposit which will be returned when the merchandise is returned.
